The UI College of Public Health is pleased to announce that it is accepting nominations for its 2025 Outstanding Alumni Awards. This award program recognizes outstanding alumni in two categories: first, recent graduates who have completed College of Public Health programs within the past ten years and, second, other alumni for accomplishments throughout their careers. Published January 21, 2025

Lauren Mudd’s biostatistics journey leads to a PhD

Lauren Mudd discovered a love for biostatistics while attending the Iowa Summer Institute in Biostatistics when she was an undergraduate student. She returned to Iowa to earn a master’s degree in biostatistics and again — this time while balancing a job and family — to complete a PhD.  Published December 12, 2024

Chris Coffey named Edwin B. Green Chair in Public Health
