Nominations for 2024 Outstanding Alumni Awards due Feb. 29

The UI College of Public Health is pleased to announce that it is accepting nominations for its 2024 Outstanding Alumni Awards. This award program recognizes outstanding alumni in two categories: first, recent graduates who have completed College of Public Health programs within the past ten years and, second, other alumni for accomplishments throughout their careers. Published January 16, 2024

College of Public Health announces the Institute for Public Health Practice, Research and Policy

As part of a reorganization within the College of Public Health, the Iowa Institute of Public Health Research and Policy will be renamed and combined with the Institute for Public Health Practice and the Center for Public Health Statistics. The new organizational structure encompassing these units will be named the Institute for Public Health Practice, Research and Policy (IPHPRP). Published September 28, 2023

Free registration for students attending Iowa Rural Health Association conference

Sponsorship support from the College of Public Health will allow up to 20 students to register at no cost to attend the 2023 Iowa Rural Health Association annual conference. The one-day, in-person conference will take place Oct. 18. Published September 26, 2023
