The University of Iowa College of Public Health is participating in a review for reaccreditation by the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH). The college has maintained its ongoing status since first being accredited by CEPH in 2000.

A preliminary self-study has been sent to the accrediting body and preliminary reviewers to prepare for an official site visit set for April 25-27. Faculty, staff, students, alumni, the practice community and other interested parties are invited to provide feedback to the site-visit team.

CEPH will accept third-party comments about the school’s programs, practices and procedures until March 25, 2018.
