Edith Parker, DrPH, MPH, dean of the University of Iowa College of Public Health, has been named chair-elect of the Association of Schools and Programs of Public Health (ASPPH) Board.

Her term will start after the ASPPH Annual Meeting in March 2025. She will serve one year as chair-elect, one year as chair, and one year as immediate past chair.
